2 Prisons Proposed to Close from Governor

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn is proposing the closure of two major prisons in the state - the women's prison at Dwight and the "Super Max" prison at Tamms.  Also on the chopping block is the Murray Center in Centralia - a facility for developmentally disabled adults. The proposed closures are expected to be announced today during the governor's budget address.
