Update on Accident

The accident that happened on Sunday, July 15, 2012 near Shawneetown was 23-year-old Joseph B. Riecks of Equality, he faces a charge of drunk driving following a traffic crash Sunday morning in rural Gallatin County.  Riecks’ Volskwagen crossed the center line of Ill. Rt. 13 and struck a pickup truck towing a horse trailer. Riecks has also been charged with endangering the life of a child.
