Award Day GCJH

Gallatin County Jr. High School held their annual honors day program on Wednesday, May 16.  Students received awards for various honors.  The 5Th grade students were awarded pins in Math for High Honors, good attendance and overall good work ethic. Those students are Erick Bandy, Jaydon Prichard, Garrett Rushing, Lucas Reeder, Madison Raymer, and Audie Goebel.  Two extra math awards for Most Improved were awarded to Hannah Sisco and Damon Hinton.  Congratulations to all the 5th grade math students on their hard work this year and success.

Prom King and Queen

The Gallatin County Junior-Senior Prom was held Friday, May 4th 2012 in the high school gym. The theme for the night was “Take My Breath Away”. Sean Adams and Charli Belford were crowned king and queen. Sean is the son of Jeff and Rhonda Adams of Shawneetown and Charli is the daughter of Wayne and Karen Belford of Junction.

Congratulations to Addison Bean for earning her 550 pt AR dogtag. Addison is the daughter of Josh and Jennifer Bean  and is a student in Mrs. Crayne's 2nd grade class.
 
 
 
Congratulations to Murphy Foster for earning her 700, 750 and 800 pt AR trophies. Murphy is the daughter of Tom and Sheila Foster and is a student in Mrs. Crayne's 2nd grade class.
